Rotterdam-Delft train line crippled by arson: What expats need to know about the disruption and potential sabotage
An arsonist set fire to a technical room near the Delfshaven railway bridge, cutting 15 cables and halting all trains between Rotterdam and Delft until at least Sunday evening. Repairs may extend into Monday. Police are investigating whether this is railway sabotage, following similar incidents in September.
